Currently, we are looking for a Bookkeeper (full-time) to join the team. Please pay attention to the fact that the work schedule will be according to the New York/LA time zone (9 am - 6 pm EST time zone).

As a Bookkeeper at Top Position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial closing (monthly, quarterly, yearly);
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements;
  • Developing efficient and accurate financial reporting processes;
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting;
  • Monitoring budget variances and providing analysis;
  • Identifying cost-saving and revenue growth opportunities;
  • Managing and reconciling the general ledger;
  • Preparing and reviewing tax returns for compliance;
  • Conducting financial analysis for strategic decision-making;
  • Supervising bookkeepers for accurate transaction recording.

What will set you up for success:

  • Experience in Finance for 4+ years, preferably with American companies;
  • Familiarity with American accounting systems ( QuickBooks, Oracle, DeZero);
  • Strong knowledge of Excel ( formulas, VLOOKUP);
  • Possessing C1-level English proficiency and experience working in the US market;
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance;
  • A proactive approach to improving accounting processes and implementing best practices;
  • Capability to provide clear and reliable financial information to management, stakeholders, and auditors.
