YOUR LIFE AS A CAR DEALERSHIP SERVICE ADVISOR
Our dealership is open from 9 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday and 9 AM - 6 PM on Saturdays . This customer service position has one day off during the week and no work on Sundays . Additionally, our automotive service team enjoys a late-in day following your day off where you start at 10 AM instead of 9 AM .
As a Car Dealership Service Advisor, you play a vital role in the operations of our car dealership. You are responsible for keeping an open line of communication with both our customers and our technicians who perform the repairs on their vehicles. When there are incoming calls, you answer the phone cheerfully, responding to any questions and scheduling appointments.
As you work with our clients, you develop strong working relationships with them. You are committed to understanding their automobile problems and solving them. When customers come in, you discuss their needs with them. Then, you prepare quotes and translate those needs into work orders for our technicians. When the work is complete, you handle billing. You love working with our customers and take pride in the part you play in the success of our business!
