Are you an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a leading role as a Clinical Lead Supervisor? We are seeking an experienced BCBA to fill our role as a Clinical Director by providing clinical support to the center BCBAs while influencing clinical quality, staff morale and retention, and center census. Clinical Director at The Place:

Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journey.
Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression.
Provide coaching and mentorship to BCBAs to develop clinical, professional, and performance management skills.
To lead and support staff management using organizational behavior management techniques leading to reduced turnover.
Implement quality assurance measures for clinical staff (RBT, BCBA) to ensure we meet all clinical goals.
Plan and co-present monthly group parent training and staff training.
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and individualized treatment programs.
Maintain and oversee compliant clinical documentation, data collection, and reports.
Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral intervention plans through direct observation and analysis of data.
Provide BCBA student supervision to BCBA students.
Provide case coverage as needed.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Active BCBA certification, State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
2+ years of experience managing or mentoring BCBAs or graduate students
Clinical setting experience strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in systems such as Central Reach and Catalyst.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Established management skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
