Job Description Commercial Retail Construction Project Manager Are you an experienced

Position: Construction Project Manager Location: Pittsburgh area Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership: Lead and manage commercial retail construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial retail construction, with a strong background in managing big box projects (e.g., Walmart, Target, Sams Club).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Procore Experience: Proficiency in using Procore construction management software is highly preferred.
- Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
