Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an onsite commercial superintendent with experience leading Hospitality and/or Multifamily construction projects. This candidate should be a good communicator and be able to present themselves professionally when dealing with owners or clients. Responsibilities include managing a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation. The role involves creating cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs. You will collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline, coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers, create and maintain schedules for subcontractors and material vendors and suppliers, hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly, maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, and report to management as necessary. You will also make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
