Position Overview

We seek a full-time digital marketing specialist to join our team responsible for creating, organizing, strategizing and reporting on widespread digital content for Young Americans for Liberty. You will work directly with the Marketing Director to ensure high-quality, high-performing media is output to our major audiences with a high ROI.

Responsibilities :

• Lead our email marketing platform with best practices.
• Execute our digital ad strategy through Meta, X (formerly Twitter) and OTT services.
• Build and report segmentation for our core audiences: donors, students, and activists.
• Execute and plan our social media strategy across lucrative platforms to reach our target audience with the goal of building a base of supporters.
• Work with tech to conduct market research to identify consumer needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to inform marketing initiatives.
• Report on performance toplines to major stakeholders.
• Own YAL's website maintenance and design, as well as troubleshooting.

Expectations :

• Expert experience with marketing automation tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external partners.
• Capability to maintain and enhance brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and digital marketing, especially direct response marketing
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Adapt to changing market conditions, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to stay competitive.
• Understanding and ownership of YAL's brand and its programs.
• Commitment to staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends through ongoing learning and professional development initiatives.
