Sensor Calibration (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level)

Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems

3. Automation and Control Systems

PLC Programming and Troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
DCS and SCADA System Configuration
Human Machine Interface (HMI) Setup
Industrial Networking (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
Control Loop Tuning and PID Control
Process Automation System Integration
Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Devices

4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Procedures
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for System Failures
Equipment Repair and Overhaul
Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Usage
Emergency Shutdown (ESD) System Testing

Educational Requirements

Technical/Vocational Training – Diploma or certificate in electrical, instrumentation, or automation technology.
Associate degree – In electrical engineering technology, instrumentation, or a related field (preferred).
