This role requires managing a broad array of administrative duties for Squishable's head of Art and Design, including scheduling, travel arrangements, event coordination, and office management. If you have strong organizational and communication skills, are proficient in office software, and love cute things, this may be the position for you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the head of Art and Design, including planning and scheduling meetings, booking travel, coordinating events, and providing research, filing, and other administrative support.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of a toy company, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and coordinating pick-up and delivery for artists, factories, shows, reps, and everyone else.
  • Oversee the office organization, including ordering office supplies and snacks, and booking and managing maintenance requests.
  • Assist with duties from other teams as needed, including prototype sorting, prop-wrangling, filing copyrights, counterfeit-hunting, helping with photoshoots, and all kinds of other excitement as it occurs.
  • Be available to work full-time, in-person from our New York corporate office.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years prior administrative assistant/office manager experience, or similar professional background.
  • Knowledge of basic office software (Word, Excel, Google suite)
  • Fantastic organization skills and an ability to roll up your sleeves and make order out of chaos!
  • Excellent communication-both oral and written-and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and capable of working with tight deadlines.
  • Creative approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
Pay: $22-26 an hour
