In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients, providing personalized insurance solutions, and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation methods. Develop and execute strategies to expand your client base.
  • Consultative Sales: Assess clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processes. Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Insurance License: Must possess a valid state insurance license.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales and insurance experience is preferred, but not required. A strong sales acumen and the ability to build relationships are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with computers and technology, including CRM systems and office software.
