**Duties**

** Summary**

This position is located at Treasury Office of the Inspector General, Office of Investigations. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for providing the required information for all Treasury Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) reports, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) A-11 Annual Motor Vehicle Fleet submissions, home-to-work authorization requests, and Vehicle Allocation Methodology (VAM) reports.

**Responsibilities**

As a Fleet Manager, you will:

+ Formulate, modify, and recommend policies, procedures, and methods for effective fleet management. Develop new techniques and tools used for the analysis, investigation and research of fleet management activities.

+ Accomplish major analytical studies that may impact current or out-year cost projections. Assignments often involve complex matters which are broad in scope and usually involve extensive liaison and personal contact with Treasury personnel, other TOIG functions.

+ Develop and manage an annual fleet budget and monitors and tracks indirect and direct fleet costs. Collect and analyze data to conduct out-year fleet projections for budgeting and planning purposes. **Travel Required**

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

For the **GS-12**, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the **GS-11** grade level in the Federal service**.** Specialized experience for this position includes:

+ Communicating with Internal and external stakeholders; **AND**

+ Preparing and managing financial policies and procedures; **AND**

+ Applying analytical and evaluative methods to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of program operations; **AND**

+ Performing administrative management processes operations (such as supply, budget, procurement, and personnel functions). In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following **time-in-grade requirement**, if applicable: For the **GS-****12**, you must have been at the **GS-11** level for 52 weeks.
