📍 Location & Work Environment:💵 $85,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

🔹 Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and reports
🔹 E-file documents across state and federal courts using TruFiling, One Legal, CM/ECF, and Odyssey
🔹 Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
🔹 Manage calendaring , deadlines, and case schedules using software like eDockets
🔹 Handle client communication, appointment scheduling, and case administration
🔹 Enter attorney time, process billing, and manage expense reports
🔹 Prepare and process legal documents
✅ 5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
✅ Strong familiarity with state and county e-filing systems
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
✅ Experience with complex litigation, commercial litigation or construction litigation experience is preferred
✅ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
✅ A team player who thrives in a fast-moving and detail-oriented environment
