Position Details -

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate deep, enduring relationships with clients to foster lifelong loyalty and spending.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
  • Capture and utilize client data to personalize experiences.
  • A "Closer"/Ownership mentality, thinking outside the box.
  • Drive a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Emphasize key product lines to drive business.
  • Network within the community as well as with staff for development of leads.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and pertinent data.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in luxury/high end jewelry sales in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems.
  • Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Presents a professional image in appearance, words, and actions.
  • Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations.
  • Perform job functions with attention to detail, efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Motivation, integrity, and high level of work ethic

Experience Needed:

  • Diamond Grading Course
  • Jewelry and Bridal Sales
  • Retail High-end sales

Education:

2-4-year degree (Preferred)
