What does the managing broker position at Worth Clark entail? Well, throw most of what you know about the role out the window. Our managing brokers don't sit in an office M-F, 9-5. They don't comb through contract paperwork, and they're not expected to bear the burden of ALL needed support for agents in their market.
Managing brokers at Worth Clark Realty respond to higher-level support requests from agents they manage. What a managing broker typically deals with on a day-to-day basis is taken almost entirely off of their plate and handled by our core support team, such as marketing, recruiting, onboarding, general questions, compliance, transaction management, commission disbursements, and more. This structure allows our managing brokers to be accessible and provide prompt broker-level support when a Worth Clark agent reaches out to them.
