Direct Hire Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Performs all duties assigned to insure Pecora’s daily production goals are met

· Packages finished product (caulking and sealant materials) produced at required production rates.

· Sets up and runs a variety of packing and labeling machines

· Completing change overs / clean outs at required rate to insure production goals are met

· Ability to work in any of the four chemistries of Pecora’s product lines. Latex, Silicone, Hybrid and Urethane

· Cleaning pans at required cleaning rate

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able and willing to work in multiple work centers in a single shift

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time in order to use packaging machines

· Must be able to regularly walk and stoop

· Must sweep and mop working area at the end of each batch

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly
