We support nurses with a place to grow in their RN career and use a wide variety of nursing skills that many RNs job no longer offer. Although you are in the field 1x1 with your patient your team and manager are a phone call away, you are an integral part of an autonomous, high functioning, collaborative team where our nurses thrive.

Our patients are children or adults who live at home with their families and are dependent upon technology. Some patients are on ventilators or BiPap, need respiratory therapy and airway clearance, feeding pumps, G-tube / J-tube medications, need physical therapy, physical assessments, some may have Special Education linked to the school system and more. We value your nursing experience but thoroughly train those who want to learn skilled nursing!
On-call: Not Required.
