What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Full Desk Recruiter at Soni, you’ll wear two hats: driving sales and recruiting top talent to fill critical client needs. You’ll be responsible for generating business, managing client relationships, and identifying, recruiting, and placing exceptional candidates. This role is a dynamic role that blends exposure to candidates and clients alike. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on both the bottom line and the lives of the candidates you work with.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Drive Revenue : Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key clients in your target market. Leverage our proprietary candidate acquisition strategy to match the best talent with the right opportunities, driving recurring revenue for the business.
• Pipeline Generation : Develop and maintain strong business relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers, exploring every avenue to grow your client base and ensure a steady stream of opportunities.
• Sales Leadership : Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, building long-lasting partnerships that drive revenue for Soni.
• Collaboration with Delivery Team : Partner closely with the delivery team to identify new opportunities, collaborate on candidate placements, and create value for both clients and candidates.
• Social Engagement : Actively explore alternative methods of developing brand equity within the human capital market. Use social media and other platforms to enhance Soni’s visibility and reputation in the industry.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and recruit top talent to meet client needs, ensuring a high-quality, diverse candidate pool.
• Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and beyond, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience working with Soni.
• Candidate Matching : Use a deep understanding of both client requirements and candidate skills to make the perfect match, ensuring long-term success for both parties.
• End-to-End Recruiting : Manage the entire recruiting process, from initial outreach and candidate interviews to placement and ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in staffing, agency recruitment, or sales , with a proven track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both candidates and clients to drive success.
• A passion for growth —someone who is excited about developing both the business and their career while helping clients and candidates reach their goals.
• Proven sales skills —you know how to build and nurture relationships, close deals, and generate consistent revenue.
• Solid operational and process improvement experience , always looking for ways to streamline and improve how things get done.
• Exceptional communication skills —whether it's negotiating with clients, engaging with candidates, or collaborating with your team, you're a natural communicator.
