Job Details

Job Details:
The Staff Accountant will collaborate with accounting management for month end close, financial reporting, forecasting & budgeting. Assist the accounts payable and receivable departments with payments, deposits, account reconciliations and general ledger.

Responsibilities:

Assist the full cycle accounting activities for the company including journal entries, month-end close, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets etc
Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts.
Assist with annual audit
Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.
Process monthly sales tax returns
Record and reconcile intercompany activity
Help with any ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. 1-3 years of experience in accounting
