Job Title: Stand Up Forklift Operator

Shift:

2nd; 2:00PM-10:00PM

3rd; 10:00PM-6:00AM

Pay: $18-$21/hr (Based on skills and experience)

Location: Sanford, FL (32771)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stand Up Forklift Operator to move products in our warehouse, including both dry dock and freezer areas. Join us for the 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM or the 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand up forklifts to move products within the warehouse.
• Ensure products are stored in the appropriate locations, including dry dock and freezer areas.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
• Loading and unloading product on trucks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating stand up forklifts and stand up counter balance forklifts.
• Experience with reach trucks, reach forklifts, and reach lifts.
• Ability to work efficiently in both dry dock and freezer environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with reach trucks, reach forklifts, and reach lifts.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both dry dock and freezer areas. Employees will be required to work in these conditions for the duration of their shifts. The available shifts are 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM) and 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM).

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, Florida.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
